Being a quadruple amputee interrupted my exercise routine. Then I tried rockclimbing

Up until the age of 39, I was physically capable of doing any activity or sport I wanted; playing tennis, weekly aerobics, even hiking for three days while carrying a 17-kilogram backpack.

What I got up to was purely my own choice and nothing else. Now things are quite the opposite.

You see, I have had my hands and feet amputated because I got sepsis and now I am disabled.
